22Trail Work Day at Cedar Lake
Meet in the AG parking lot at 9:00am. We will be carpooling from there. The access road to the trailhead is heavily rutted and likely requires a vehicle with high clearance and 4-wheel drive. We will be hanging trail markers on trees along the trail. Bring a hammer if you have one.

There is no cost to attend only this meeting. The $50 registration is for the bus and meals provided through the soils workshop only.

Chris Evans, Coordinator for the River to River Cooperative Weed Management Area, will be giving a small workshop on invasive species identification. If you are interested in invasives and/or getting a little field experience for your resume, make sure you get to this meeting.
19Last chance to get discount on national membership
Due to a generous contribution from the IL State SAF Chapter, we are able to reimburse both new and renewing members for a portion of their 2008 national dues. Don't forget that if you sign up now for 2008, the rest of this year is free!
